Since 2001 UMACO has been working close to the Administration of Sochi, developing a concept for the hospitality development in the city. We are proud to have participated from an early stage and congratulate everybody else who has work hard, in the different fields, to make Sochi host the Olympic Games 2014.

UMACO Hotel Development and Management, has made a unique deal selling off part of the apartment complex Katerina Alpik to the European investment company 11 INVEST Real Asset Fund.
