February 15, 2010 UMACO Group company finalized the deal of buying hotel complex Eurolux in Moscow from the group of private individuals. The cost of the acquisition is not disclosed at the mutual agreement of the parties. Currently under extensive rebranding, the hotel will be included in the Katerina hotels chain and named Katerina Park. The opening is scheduled to the end of spring 2010.

UMACO Group has announced the participation of Katerina hotel brand in the Swedish Design Festival that will run from February 19th till March 4th, 2010 in Moscow with the assistance of the Swedish Embassy in Russia.
