Launch of catering service

In May 2015 Katerina Cronstedt, managing director of Katerina Hotels and founder & CEO of (a dinner kit company), launched a new innovative catering project: is a fresh take on traditional catering that provides a healthy food served in ecologically friendly packaging: paper bags as well as glass jars, with wooden forks and spoons are used.
An experienced team with an internationally known chef Leon Ek has created a complete new form of catering for those who care about what they eat and about the environment.
In the first 3 months of existing served over 70 events, that indicates the high demand for services in the food industry.
