Corporate responsibility

At UMACO we know that it is the responsibility of all citizens, both private and corporate, to assist in creating the kind of society that all would choose to live in. We also believe that corporate social responsibility is about so much more than simply writing a cheque, which is why we proactively support the following projects not only financially but also through giving our time:

Founded in 1993 by Moscow painter Maria Yeliseeva, it is the oldest nonprofit organization that works with orphans and children with special needs from state boarding schools, to help them through art therapy to become integrated members of society. The Studio students receive social and psychological rehabilitation and support at Maria’s art center from staff and volunteers.

The world famous American doctor Patch Adams travels around the world to cheer up children at hospitals, orphanages and nursing homes, bringing laughter and happy moments through their clowning with his clown team.
